At the GIF Managers Camp, a series of trainings, workshops, and strategy meetings strengthened both personal development and the institution’s vision, while setting decisions that will shape the new term.
GIF Managers Camp: Strategic Roadmap for the New Term Defined
Held between August 25 and 29, 2025, the Good Works Factory (GIF) Managers Camp not only supported the personal and professional development of our managers but also helped shape the strategic goals for the new term.
Development through Trainings and Workshops
On the first day of the camp, Yavuz Yiğit delivered a presentation titled A Guide to Mobilizing Youth, addressing effective methods of communication and motivation with young people. This was followed by a Drama Workshop led by Nurdan Albamya İnce, which offered practical exercises designed to enhance empathy, teamwork, and self-expression.
The second day featured Zeynep Bozbek Türkyılmaz’s Art Therapy Workshop, allowing participants to experience the healing power of art. Later, Zafer Topaloğlu gave a talk titled RootData Project: From Our Past to the Future, discussing the transmission of core values to younger generations. The day concluded with a Social Entrepreneurship Training by Mesut Dündar, which highlighted opportunities for leadership in projects focused on social benefit.
Strategic Roadmap Outlined
On the third day, the GIF Executive Meeting was held with the participation of TÜRGEV Chair of the Board Av. Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz and our General Manager Dr. Selim Gençal. Current activities across our campuses were reviewed, strengths and areas for improvement were evaluated, and with the contributions of our department directors, the roadmap for the new term was clearly defined.
Completed with Cultural Exchange
On the final day of the camp, our managers had the opportunity to explore the historical and cultural heritage of Bursa. This provided a productive conclusion in which professional growth and cultural enrichment came together.
Strong Steps Toward the Future
The outcomes of the camp will contribute to ensuring that the Good Works Factory continues its activities in the coming term with a stronger, more goal oriented, and sustainable structure.
