As part of the Erasmus project titled “Mobility of Young Volunteers to Gain Experience,” carried out in partnership with TÜRGEV and COJEP International, we were in Strasbourg, France from June 20 to 25.
In the project supported by the National Agency, we received training aimed at developing joint projects with young people aged 18 to 29 who work or volunteer within our foundation, and at enhancing our impact in the field of civil society on an international level.
In Strasbourg, which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1988 and is also referred to as the Capital of Europe, we visited institutions such as the Council of Europe, the European Youth Centre, the European Parliament, and the European Court of Human Rights.
Through the knowledge and experience we gained during these visits, we observed how civil society organizations operating under European Union standards carry out their work and which issues they prioritize in their fields of activity.
