To keep this special flavor alive and pass it on from generation to generation, we're coming together at the Kitchen Workshop: Recipes from Mothers – Arabaşı Soup event.
In this event, we will learn the intricacies of Arabaşı soup, prepared with great care by our mothers for years; we will experience the warmth of our traditional culinary culture, the sincerity of conversation, and the joy of creating together. From the dough to the soup itself, from cooking techniques to serving suggestions, we will experience every stage step by step; we will witness the unifying spirit of the kitchen.
