The month of Ramadan is a special period in which we strengthen our spiritual resilience through patience, gratitude, and inner reflection. But how do our spiritual values influence our psychological strength? How can spirituality serve as a guide to help us remain strong in the face of challenges and cope with the stress and uncertainty life brings?

Together with Clinical Psychologist Mehmet Yasir Cebeci, we will explore how Ramadan enhances inner peace and contributes to psychological resilience. This session will offer an in-depth discussion on the scientific foundations of spirituality’s impact on mental health, how Ramadan strengthens resilience, and methods for coping with stress during this time.
